Office Manager

El Segundo, CA

As an office manager you will be responsible for coordination and to oversee administrative duties in the office, ensuring that the office operates efficiently and smoothly.


  • Greet visitors – general and VIP:
  • Receive packages and deliveries, sort incoming mail, manage outgoing mail
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
  • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the office as the main point of contact for employees, vendors, visitors
  • Develop office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately
  • Assist with office layout planning and office moves, and with managing and maintaining IT infrastructure
  • Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems
  • Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports
  • Manage kitchen duties such as cleaning, stocking, organizing daily lunch orders and deliveries


  • High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • At least 1 year of work experience in an administrative/office management role
  • Must have exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Must be a self-starter and driven
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office and Google products are preferred
