At Impulse, we've vertically integrated manufacturing and test to deliver reliable, affordable vehicles — on time. The majority of each vehicle is made in house, including: Valves, ignitors, and pressure transducers; Battery packs, radios, star trackers, and reaction wheels; Control electronics and thrusters; Bladed assemblies for turbo pumps; Harnessing; 3D printing; 5-axis CNC machining; Laser and friction stir welding; Composite over wrapped pressure vessel (COPV) design, manufacturing, and test; Hotfire tests; Vertical integration and test; Customer integration and launch.
